1. Returnable DC Track Order Report — DC Outward Export & Inward Date Filter​

Location: Returnable DC Track Order Report under Purchase → Reports.

Details:

  • A new DC Outward Export button has been added to the Returnable DC Track Report.
  • Clicking it exports a grouped summary of Outward DCs — grouped by DC No, Product Type and Price — as a separate Excel file.
  • The exported file includes: Party Type (full name), Supplier/Customer Name, GST No, Outward DC No, Outward DC Date, Product Type, Price, Total Qty and Total Value.
  • The export respects DC date range, Party Type, Supplier/Customer and Status filters. Inward date filter does not apply to this export.
  • Two new optional filters — Inward From Date and Inward To Date — have been added to narrow the track report grid by inward receipt date.
  • A note is displayed below the Inward Date fields to inform users that these filters apply to the report grid only, not to the DC Outward Export.
