We are pleased to share the latest updates and enhancements introduced in Version 26.4.1. Below are the key fixes and improvements, along with their respective locations for easy reference.

Enhancements​

1. Sales Order Clone Invoicing Status​

Location: You can access Sales Order under Sales → Operations

Details:

  • Updated the Sales Order clone behavior for invoicing status display.
  • When a Sales Order is cloned, the original order moves to Revised status.
  • The revised Sales Order now displays Fully Invoiced instead of Open for Invoicing.
  • The cloned Sales Order continues as the active revision in the normal revision process.

2. Control Task Inspection Report - Modified Date Priority and Validation​

Location: You can access Control Task Inspection Report under Production & Quality → Reports

Details:

  • Added Modified From Date and Modified To Date as an inspection-specific filter pair.
  • When both Modified dates are provided, records are fetched only within the selected control task validation modified date range.
  • This modified-date filter takes priority even if Report From/To Date-Time is also entered.
  • Search is blocked if only one modified date is entered, and user is prompted to select both dates.
  • Added a status label near Search to clearly indicate that modified-date filtering is in effect.
  • Included inspection audit fields in report and export output: Created Date, Modified Date, Created By, and Modified By.
