1. Out Source Process - Enhancement​

Location: You can access Out Source Process under Production & Quality -> Operations

  • Updated Process dropdown behavior based on Supplier Job Work In requirement.
  • When Supplier Job Work In is mandatory, the Process dropdown remains disabled until a Supplier Job Work In is selected.
  • When Supplier Job Work In is not mandatory, the Process dropdown remains available without requiring a Supplier Job Work In selection.

2. Maintenance Report Enhancement​

Location: You can access Maintenance Report under Maintenance -> Reports

  • Added new on-screen results table after clicking Generate.
  • Users can now view maintenance report data directly in a tabular format.
  • Introduced search filter to quickly filter table values.
  • Added Export as Excel option from the results table.
  • Improved user experience by reducing dependency on direct Excel generation only.

3 . Preventive Maintenance Scheduler - Enhancement​

Location: You can access Preventive Maintenance Scheduler under Maintenance -> Master

  • During schedule generation, the system checks for existing maintenance schedules for the selected Machine/Asset, Maintenance Type and planned month.
  • If a schedule already exists, it is displayed in the schedule table and highlighted accordingly.
  • New schedule entries are generated only for months that do not already have a maintenance schedule, helping users review and confirm only the required maintenance plans.

Overall Application enhancement:​

  • We have improved both backend and frontend components to enhance the application's speed, stability, and overall performance.
  • The application submission process has been optimized to ensure a smoother and faster user experience.
