We are pleased to share the latest updates and enhancements introduced in Version 26.8. Below are the key features and improvements, along with their respective locations for easy reference.

New Features​

Enhancements​

1. Outsource process status filter - Included in control task inspection report​

Location: You can access Control Task Inspection Report under Production & Quality -> Report

Details: New outsource status filter has been added in search filters, enabling users to filter by outsource process status when validations are completed.

2. Service PO Tracking Report Enhancement​

Location: You can access Service PO Track Report under Purchase -> Report

  • Added fields: Category, Sub Category, Vendor Code, Total Line Item Quantity, Inward/Received Quantity, Pending Quantity, GRN Number ,GRN Date, DC Number and DC Date.

  • Service PO Tracking now follows Supplier PO Tracking behavior and excludes non-actionable records (Draft, Cancelled, Rejected).

3. Consumption - Stock Handling​

Location: You can access Consumption under Store -> Operations

Details:

Consumption now supports stock handling based on whether Stock Restriction is enabled.

When Stock Restriction is Enabled​

  • The Inspection Approved available quantity is displayed below the Quantity field.
  • The entered quantity cannot exceed the available inspection approved stock.
  • Stock is reduced in the following order upon submission:
    1. Purchase Inward Inspection stock (deducted first, if available)
    2. Inspection Approved stock (remaining quantity deducted from here)
  • A confirmation box is shown before submission when quantity is split across sources, requiring user approval before proceeding.

When Stock Restriction is Disabled​

  • The available quantity is not displayed below the Quantity field.
  • The entered quantity is not restricted by available stock.
  • On submission, the quantity is reduced directly from Inspection Approved stock.

4. Consumption - New Machine Field​

Location: You can access Consumption under Store -> Operations

Details:

  • A new optional Machine field has been added which allows users to specify which machine a product is consumed for.
  • The Recent Consumptions table now includes the Created and Modified persons for each record.

5. Part Search - New filters and result columns​

Location: You can access Part under Design and Development -> Masters

Details:

  • Added Part Category and Latest Part filters in Part Search.
  • Added Part Category and Latest Part columns in the Part Search results table.

6. IoT Timing Update​

Location: You can access IoT Timing Update under Production & Quality -> Masters

Details:

  • Added a new admin-only screen to update IoT timing details by machine.
  • Users can select a machine and update timing for Production Count or Availability.
  • After saving, the machine and type selection will be cleared.
  • The Cancel option clears the form without submitting.

Overall Application enhancement:​

  • We have improved both backend and frontend components to enhance the application's speed, stability, and overall performance.
  • The application submission process has been optimized to ensure a smoother and faster user experience.
