Version 26.4

We are pleased to share the latest updates and enhancements introduced in Version 26.4. Below are the key features and improvements, along with their respective locations for easy reference.

New Features​

1. Business Plan​

Location: You can access Business Plan under Marketing → Reports

Details:

  • Enabled edit support for Customer, Plant, and Part in the Business Plan edit screen.
  • When editing an existing Business Plan, users can now update the customer selection directly from the edit form.
  • The Plant dropdown now refreshes based on the selected customer during edit, so users can choose the correct plant for the updated customer.
  • The Part field is now editable in update mode, allowing users to correct or change the selected part without recreating the plan.
  • Financial Year remains fixed in edit mode, while monthly quantities from April to March can continue to be updated as before.

2. Is MFA Enabled​

Location: You can access User under HR & Administration -> Master

Details:

  • Added the Is MFA Enabled option in the User add and edit screen.
  • Administrators can enable multi-factor authentication for individual users during user creation or update.

3. Bulk Upload​

Location: You can access Bulk Upload under the following modules:

  • Marketing → Masters
  • Purchase → Masters
  • Design & Development → Master
  • Maintenance → Masters
  • Tooling → Master
  • Production & Quality → Masters
  • Calibration → Master
  • HR & Administration → Master

Details:

  • Added the new Bulk Upload screen in multiple master modules to simplify bulk master-data creation and updates.
  • Users can choose the required Type, download the relevant Excel template, and upload completed data in .xlsx format.
  • The screen supports Validate & Upload flow so users can verify the file before final submission.
  • A Clear option is available to reset the selected file and restart the upload process.
  • This feature helps reduce manual entry effort and improves consistency when uploading large volumes of master data.

4. Control Plan​

Location: You can access Control Plan under Production & Quality → Masters

Details:

  • Added the Over Ride [Yes/No] column in the Edit Control Plan Process table.
  • The new column is displayed after Reaction Plan for easier review of process override status.
  • The column shows whether each process is marked as an override process using Yes or No values.
  • By default, the Over Ride [Yes/No] value is set to No.

Enhancements​

1. Bulk Production Entry​

Location: You can access Bulk Production Entry under Production & Quality → Operations

Details:

  • Updated the Bulk Production Entry screen to display the Reason dropdown when the selected Part Status is any rejection or defect type, such as Machining Rejection, Machining Defect, Casting Rejection, or Casting Defect.
  • This ensures users select the appropriate reason while recording rejected or defective quantities.

2. Supplier PO and Purchase Inward Decimal Precision Alignment​

Details:

  • Updated monetary display behavior in frontend and backend to use dynamic precision (min 2, max 3 decimals).
  • Supplier PO Track Report Unit Price now preserves fetched precision:
    • 2-decimal input remains 2 decimals.
    • 3-decimal input remains 3 decimals.
  • Supplier PO and Purchase Inward Generate and Mail values are aligned with the same precision behavior.
  • Supplier PO Total Amount In Words continues to follow 2-decimal currency rounding.
  • Purchase Inward screen totals and generated amount fields are aligned to the same precision behavior.

3. Overall Application enhancement:​

  • We have improved both backend and frontend components to enhance the application’s speed, stability, and overall performance.
  • The application submission process has been optimized to ensure a smoother and faster user experience.
