Version 25.5

We are pleased to share the latest updates and enhancements introduced in Version 25.5. Below are the key features and improvements, along with their respective locations for easy reference.

1. Production Count Report​

  • Location: You can access the Production Count Report under Production & Quality → Report.

  • Details:

    • New feature introduced under production quality report menu.
    • Similar to Production Count Details infographics graph.
    • Screen consists of mandatory From Date Time and To Date Time inputs.
    • Max search range: 30 days.
    • Grouping available by Machine, Part, Control Plan, Process, Part Status, and OEE.
    • OEE grouping is exclusive (cannot combine with others).

2. Machine History​

  • Location: You can access the [Machine History] under Maintenance → Operations.
  • Details:
    • New screen added under maintenance menu to track machine maintenance history.
    • Mandatory fields: Machine, Date.
    • Optional fields: Problem Type, Problem Details, Detail Action, Maintenance Type, Spare Changed, Spare Cost, Remarks, Root Cause, Reference No.
    • Create and edit options available.

3. Production Schedule​

  • Location: You can access the Production Schedule under Production & Quantity → Operations
  • Details:
    • Acts as master data for future Material Planning screen.
    • Fields include: From Date, To Date, Part, and Quantity.
    • No duplicate entries allowed.
    • Create and edit functionality available.

4. Sales Order​

  • Location: You can access the Sales Order under Sales → Operations.
  • Details:
    • Introduced color-coded line items:
      • 🟩 Green: Pending/partially completed (not fully invoiced).
      • 🟨 Yellow: Fully invoiced and completed.
      • 🟥 Red: Quantity exceeded invoiced quantity.

5. Supplier PO Delay Mail​

  • Details:
    • Renamed from Supplier Delay Report to Supplier Delivery Status Report.
    • Quantities classified into 5 delay buckets by delivery date.
    • Email auto-generated for top 20 suppliers by quantity.
    • Config name: Supplier Delivery Status.
    • Buckets with no quantity show 0 properly.
