Version 26.1

We are pleased to share the latest updates and enhancements introduced in Version 26.1. Below are the key features and improvements, along with their respective locations for easy reference.

New Features​

1. Invoice​

Location: You can access Invoice under Sales ->Operations

Details:

  • The system now supports multiple rejections for a single invoice based on different processes.
  • Multiple rejections are also allowed for the same Sales Order line item.
  • A new Bank Charges field has been added to the Invoice/Payment screen to show deductions made by the bank.
  • The system automatically calculates the difference amount based on the invoice amount, received amount, and bank charges.
  • Invoice and PO reports now clearly show received amount, bank charges, difference amount, and updated settlement status.
  • Payment totals and outstanding balances are now calculated using the actual received amount for better accuracy

2. Stock ledger - Cell Break Up​

Location: You can access Stock ledgers under Production & Quality -> Reports

3. Bulk Production Entry​

Location: You can access Bulk production entry under Production & Quality -> Operations

Details:

  • In the Bulk Production Entry screen, the Machine field has been updated to a searchable dropdown, enabling users to quickly search and select machines, thereby improving usability and data entry efficiency

4.CMM Validation (Excel format enhancement)​

Location: Overall screens consist of CMM validation excel upload

Details:

  • Previously, the application supported only .XLSX Excel files for CMM uploads. With this update, .XLS format is also supported for overall CMM upload.

5. Credit note​

Location: You can access Credit note under Accounts ->Operations

Details:

  • A new “Both” options has been added to the Credit Category dropdown in the Credit Note line-item details, allowing users to select cases where the credit applies to both.

6. Calibration​

Location: You can access Calibrations under Calibration ->Operations

Details:

  • The Calibration Details screen has been enhanced with two new fields:
  • History Card Number
  • Calibration Agency

  • We have improved both backend and frontend components to enhance the application’s speed, stability, and overall performance.
  • The application submission process has been optimized to ensure a smoother and faster user experience
