Version 25.12

We are pleased to share the latest updates and enhancements introduced in Version 25.12. Below are the key features and improvements, along with their respective locations for easy reference.

New Features​

1. Material Planning​

Location: You can access Material Planning under Purchase → Operations

Details:

  • In the Material Planning screen, store quantity now uses Stock Qty fetched from the Stock Ledger Snapshot, improving efficiency and accuracy.
  • Only the Stock Qty source has been updated; existing calculation logic remains unchanged.
  • This enhancement is limited to the Material Planning screen and does not impact other modules.

2. Service Inward​

Location:

  1. Location: You can access Service Inward under Store → Operations

  2. Location: You can access GRN Entry → Service Inward under GRN → Operations

Details:

  • Earlier, quantities could be inwarded from Supplier PO through Purchase Inward.
  • Now, quantities can be inwarded for Service PO through Service Inward.
  • The Service PO status will be updated based on the inwarded quantities.

3. Asset Screen – New Search Field​

Location: You can access Asset under Maintenance → Master

Details:

  • A new Asset Number search field has been added.
  • Users can now search for assets using the asset number.

4. Enhanced Stock Ledger Report for Tooling Items​

Location: You can access Stock Ledger Reports under Production & Quality → Reports

Details:

  • Added Type, Make, and Category columns (applicable only to Tooling items).
  • Type and Make are populated based on tooling classification and product type.
  • The Product field is enriched by concatenating available tooling attributes (null/empty values ignored).

5. Improved Control Task Screen Usability​

Location: You can access Control Task under Production & Quality → Operations

Details:

  • Increased the scrollable content area.
  • Table header is now frozen and remains visible while scrolling.

6. Unit Conversion Enhancements​

Location: You can access Stock Ledger Reports under Production & Quality → Reports

Enhancement: Decimal Mapping and Multi-Unit Handling for Child Parts​

1. Decimal Mapping in Child Parts

  • Child parts can now be mapped using decimal values.
  • Enables more precise quantity relationships between parent and child parts.

2. Secondary Unit and Conversion Rate in Part Master

  • Added a new Secondary Unit field.
  • Defined conversion rate between Primary and Secondary units.
  • Conversion is applied across transactions and reports.

3. Unit Selection in Child Parts

  • Users can select either Primary Unit or Secondary Unit while mapping child parts.
  • Quantities are automatically converted to the primary unit for internal processing.

4. Stock Ledger Display

  • Converted quantities are displayed correctly against the primary unit.
  • Ensures accurate stock tracking and reporting.

5. Inward and Outward Transactions

  • Users can select either Primary or Secondary Unit during transactions.
  • Stock updates are handled automatically in the primary unit.

7. Movement History (Beta Version)​

Location: You can access Stock Ledger Reports under Production & Quality → Reports (on selecting a Part)

Details: The Movement History screen displays all stock transactions related to a product, ordered by time.

Each transaction shows:

  • Movement date and time

  • Process location

  • Quantity impact (increase / decrease)

  • Transaction type

  • Business reference (Process / DC / GRN / Invoice / Work Order)

  • Serial numbers (if applicable)

  • Double-clicking a stock ledger row opens the movement details.

8. Dashboards Accessible from Side Menu​

Details:

  • All dashboards previously available on the Dashboard page are now accessible from the Side Menu.

9. Attendance Calendar View for Users​

Location: User Profile

Details:

  • Profile and Reset Password pages are revamped with a Back option.
  • Attendance Calendar is integrated into the User Profile.
  • Calendar is visible only if the user is mapped to an employee.
  • Attendance data matches the Attendance Report in the HR module.
  • All Sundays are automatically marked as WO (Weekly Off).
