1.1 Generate Maintenance Report​

Generate a Maintenance Report – Step-by-Step

Step 1: Access the Maintenance Report Screen​

From the side navigation menu, go to:
Maintenance β†’ Report β†’ Maintenance Report

This opens the Maintenance Report page.

Step 2: Fill in Report Filters​

  • Select Maintenance Type [Dropdown] (Mandatory)
    Select the appropriate maintenance type. Once selected, the remaining fields appear. Values are sourced from the Master Category.

  • Maintenance Question Type [Dropdown] (Mandatory)
    Choose either Machine (default) or Asset.

  • Select Machine [Dropdown] (Mandatory if Type is Machine)
    Displayed only if Machine is selected.

  • Select Asset [Dropdown] (Mandatory if Type is Asset)
    Displayed only if Asset is selected.

Depending on the selected Maintenance Type, the following filters will appear:​
  • For Daily or Weekly Maintenance:

    • Report Month [Month + Year] (Mandatory)
  • For Monthly Maintenance:

    • Report Year [Year] (Mandatory)
  • For Yearly, Quarterly, or Half-Yearly Maintenance:

    • Report From Year [Year] (Mandatory)
    • Report To Year [Year] (Mandatory)
  • For Yearly P Vs A, Quarterly P Vs A, or Half-Yearly P Vs A:

    • Report Year [Year] (Mandatory) – Select the report year for comparison

For P Vs A Maintenance Types (Yearly, Quarterly, Half-Yearly), the Machine or Asset dropdown allows multiple selections.

  • Clear – Resets all selected fields to default.

Step 3: Generate Report​

Click Generate

After clicking Generate:

  • The system fetches maintenance report data and displays the results in a table
  • The table format changes based on Maintenance Type (Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Yearly, Quarterly, Half-Yearly, Preventive, etc.)

Step 4: View & Use Results Table​

Once the report is generated, the system displays a Results Section containing:

  • Tabular view of generated maintenance data.
  • Status indicators (for preventive maintenance).
  • Notes viewing option via β€œView Note” button (opens notes in popup)
  • Users can search and filter table values using the search input field.

Step 5: Export Report​

Click Export as Excel

  • The system downloads the generated report in Excel format.
  • Export is based on the current entered data.
