Non Returnable DC Report
NON RETURNABLE DC REPORT​
1.1 Search a Non Returnable DC Report​
The Non Returnable DC Report page lets users filter and view non-returnable delivery challan records.
Search Fields​
- Supplier: Multi-select dropdown used to filter the report by one or more suppliers. Initially displays the first 20 suppliers. Use the search box within the dropdown to find and select additional suppliers beyond the initial list.
- Non Returnable DC Number: Text field used to search by a specific DC number.
- From DC Date: (Mandatory) Start date for the report range.
- To DC Date: (Mandatory) End date for the report range.
Actions​
- Search: Runs the report using the selected filters.
- Clear: Resets the form and clears the selected supplier list.
The search form is initialized with:
- From DC Date: Defaults to the first day of the current month. Users can change this to any preferred start date
- To DC Date: Defaults to the current date. Users can change this to any preferred end date
If no search criteria are entered, the system shows a warning asking the user to select at least one criteria.
1.2 View Non Returnable DC Report Fields​
The generated report includes the following columns:

| DC Number | Non returnable delivery challan number |
| DC Date | Date of the delivery challan |
| Vehicle Number | Vehicle number used for transport |

| E-Way Bill Date | Date of the e-way bill |
| Type | Type of product |
| Product | Product name or item description |
| HS Code | HS code for the item |
| Quantity | Quantity mentioned in the DC |
| Value | Value of the item |
| UOM | Unit of measure |
| Process | Process name linked to the record |
| Rejection Category | Rejection classification, if applicable |
| Supply Place | Supply location or place of supply |
1.3 Results Table Options​
After the report loads, the results table supports:
- Search / Filter: Search the displayed rows by keyword to quickly narrow down the report results.
- Excel Export: Export the displayed report data to an Excel file.
