v25.10

We are pleased to share the latest updates and enhancements introduced in v25.10. Below are the key features and improvements, along with their respective locations for easy reference.

New Features​

1. Stock Adjustment Screen​

Location: You can access Stock Adjustment under Store → Operations

Details:

  • Users can create new stock adjustment entries with positive (increase) or negative (decrease) quantities.
  • After selecting Process and Stock Movement, the system displays the current total stock quantity for that process.
  • Date defaults to the minimum allowed date based on the latest opening stock snapshot.
  • On submission, entries are saved directly to the Stock Ledger and become available immediately for search and reporting.
  • User can’t edit any of the stock adjustment entry.
  • Users can view the data but cannot make any changes.
  • When user added SCRAP type it reflects in rejected column in stock ledger.

Important Note​

  • It is advised to use the Stock Adjustment Screen whenever stock corrections are required.
  • Please ensure adjustments are made through the system rather than sending prior messages or emails to higher officials.
  • Without using the designated screen, it becomes difficult to maintain proper stock flow and tracking.

2. Assembly process integration in Stock Ledger​

Details:

  • Assembly-related stock is now updated for every process completed in Assembly, similar to how stock is updated for Control Task processes

3.Certificate Number Field -Calibration​

Location: You can access Calibration under Calibration -> Operations

Details:

  • A new optional field added as Certificate Number in the Calibration screen.
  • Users can add and edit this field.
  • The field supports alphanumeric values.
  • The Certificate value will also be included in the Excel export.

4.Stock Ledger Snapshot – Bulk Update Functionality​

Location: You can access Bulk upload under HR & Administration -> Master

Details:

  • A new Stock Ledger Bulk Update option is available in the bulk actions dropdown.
  • When selected, the Opening Stock Date field becomes visible for the user to choose the required date.
  • On clicking Download Template, the system downloads the Stock Ledger bulk update template.
  • Template include S.No , Date, Product Type, Product Name, IN, Inspection, Operation, Final Inspection, Invoiced Qty, Balance Qty, All Approved, Rejected, Hold, and Outsourced quantities

  • We have improved both backend and frontend components to enhance the application’s speed, stability, and overall performance.
  • The application submission process has been optimized to ensure a smoother and faster user experience
