We are pleased to share the latest updates and enhancements introduced in v25.9. Below are the key features and improvements, along with their respective locations for easy reference.
New Features​
1. Final Inspection → Bulk Upload for rejected Items​
Location: You can access Final Inspection under Production & Quality → Operations
Details:
- In the Final Inspection screen, a new feature is added to bulk updating all the rejected items together.
- The Bulk Upload Mode can be enabled or disabled using a toggle switch.
- When Bulk Upload Mode in “ON” the following occurs:
- Status Dropdown appears next to Task Serial number
- It will have all the values except “Rework” and “Hold for inspection”.
- The user is allowed to select multiple serial numbers and update the status as “Approved”, “Rejected” or “Defective”.
- On clicking “ADD”, selected serial numbers appear in the table list.
- On clicking “SUBMIT” the serial numbers are updated with the selected status.
- If the status is “Rejected” the reasons field should be grouped as “Machining Defect Reason” and “Casting Defect Reason”.
- If the status is “Approved” or “Defective”, an editable text box is displayed to manually type the reasons.
2. Automated Mail → Add Line Inspection data​
Location: You can access Line Inspection under Production & Quality → Operations
Details:
- When Line Inspection Data addition is performed, an automated mail is generated to notify the user of the details.
- The mail contains the Tenant Usage Report, with the line inspection data.

- We have improved both backend and frontend components to enhance the application’s speed, stability, and overall performance.
- The application submission process has been optimized to ensure a smoother and faster user experience
