Material Inward

Menu path: Store -> Operations -> Incoming Material Test

Material Inward is used to record incoming test material details against a PO when required. The screen is titled Incoming Material Test in the application.

Search using:

  • Part Name
  • Identification
  • TC Report Number
  • Materials
  • TC Report From Date
  • TC Report To Date
  • PO Number
  • Status
  • Result

The results grid supports:

  • Export as Excel
  • Search within results
  • View and edit

Create or edit​

The entry form includes:

  • Part Name
  • Specification
  • TC Report Number
  • TC Report Date
  • PO Number
  • Identification
  • Unit
  • Quantity
  • Materials
  • Source
  • Status
  • Types of Test
  • Remarks
  • Result

If a PO is selected, the PO reference is linked to the inward record. The screen also supports image or document attachment after the record is created.

Actions​

  • Submit saves the inward record.
  • Clear resets the form.
  • Cancel returns to the search screen.

The record can be edited later from the search screen if the current status allows it.
