Job Work Tracking
JOB WORK TRACKING
Prerequisites
Before creating a Job Work Track Report, ensure the following details are updated:
- Customer
- Plant
- Job Work entries
- Raw Materials
Maintaining accurate master data is essential for generating an error-free and efficient report.
✅ Updating Plant Code, PO Date, and Customer beforehand ensures smooth report generation.
1.1 Search Job Work Track Report
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1: Reach the Job Work Track Report Section
Navigate through the side menu:
Production & Quality → Reports → Job Work Track Report
This opens the Job Work Track Report Search page.
Step 2: Apply Filters
Use the following fields to search:
- Customer: Select the customer from the dropdown.
- Plant Code: Select the plant code from the dropdown.
- From PO Date: Select the starting PO date.
- To PO Date: Select the ending PO date.
Step 3: See the Results
After clicking Search, you will see the matching job work records displayed in a tabular format.
Step 4: Export or Print
- Excel: Click to export the data to an Excel file.
- Print: Click to generate a printer-friendly version of the report.
1.2 View Job Work Track Report
The results table displays the following columns:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Serial No | Auto-generated serial number. |
| Customer (Material Rcvd from) | The customer from whom the material was received. |
| Plant Code | The code and name of the plant. |
| RM Part No | Raw Material part number. |
| RM Part Description | Description of the raw material. |
| Line Item Number | Line item reference number. |
| Job Work Quantity | Quantity of job work performed. |
| Job Work DC Number | Delivery challan number for the job work. |
| Job Work Date | Date when the job work was performed. |
| Invoice No | Invoice number, if applicable. |
Submission of Job Work Track Report
Once the report is generated, you can:
- Export to Excel
- Print for offline or sharing use
