INVOICE REPORT​

Prerequisites​

Before creating an Invoice Report, ensure that all the relevant details have been entered or updated. These typically include:

  • Invoice Date
  • Customer
  • Plant

Maintaining accurate master data for these categories is crucial for generating the report correctly.

Updating the Customer, Plant, and Invoice data beforehand ensures the process is efficient, accurate, and error-free.


1.1 Search Invoice Report​

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1: Reach the Invoice Report Section​

From the main side menu, navigate to:

Sales → Reports → Invoice Report

This opens the Invoice Report Search page.

Step 2: Apply Search Filters​

Use the following mandatory filters:

  • Invoice Date From: Select the starting date for the report.
  • Invoice Date To: Select the ending date for the report.
  • Customer: Use the multi-select dropdown to choose one or more customers.
  • Plant: Use the multi-select dropdown to choose one or more plants.

These filters fetch invoice records based on your selected date range and criteria.

Step 3: See the Results​

After clicking Search, matching invoice data will appear in a tabular format.


1.2 View Invoice Report Details​

The table includes the following columns:

FieldDescription
Serial NoAuto-generated serial number for reference.
CustomerThe customer associated with the invoice.
Plant NameThe plant linked to the invoice.
Sales Order DetailsThe related SOs, including number, date, and other references.
Payment TermsThe payment agreement for the invoice (e.g., 90 days NET).
Invoice TypeType of invoice (Export/Domestic).
Invoice NoUnique invoice number.
Invoice DateDate when the invoice was generated.
Total ValueThe total amount billed in the invoice.

You can use the Search field at the top-right to quickly filter results based on any keyword.


1.3 Export Invoice Report​

At the top of the report table, you’ll find these export options:

  • Excel: Export the Invoice Report as an Excel file.
  • Print: Generate a print-friendly version of the report.

These tools help in saving, sharing, or documenting the report for further use.


Submission of Invoice Report​

Once you’ve searched and reviewed the Invoice Report:

  • You can export or print it for documentation or sharing purposes.
