MTTR Chart Report​

Prerequisites​

Before creating an MTTR Chart Report, ensure the following details are updated:

  • Machine Master Data
  • Maintenance Records
  • From Month
  • To Month

Accurate and complete records are essential for generating a meaningful MTTR Chart Report.

1.1 Search MTTR Chart Report​

Step-by-Step Guide​

Step 1: Reach the MTTR Chart Report Section​

Navigate through the side menu:

  • Maintenance → Reports → MTTR Chart Report

This opens the MTTR Chart Report Search page.

Step 2: Apply Filters​

Use the following fields to search:

  • From Month → Select the starting month.
  • To Month → Select the ending month.

Step 3: Generate Report​

  • Click Search to view the MTTR Chart Report for the selected period.
  • Click Clear to reset the search filters.

1.2 View MTTR Chart Report​

The MTTR Chart Report displays results in a graphical format.

  • After clicking Search, you will see the Machine-wise MTTR Chart Report.
  • The chart represents the Mean Time To Repair (MTTR) between the selected From Month and To Month.

In the chart:

  • Horizontal Axis (X-axis): Represents the Machines.
  • Vertical Axis (Y-axis): Represents the Target Days.
  • The system calculates and plots the MTTR Mean Average for each machine.
