Opening Stock

1.1 Search Opening Stock​

Search an Opening Stock – Step-by-Step:​

Step 1: Reach the Opening Stock Section
From the main side menu, click on "Store", then go to "Master", and finally choose "Opening Stock".
This will open the Opening Stock Search page.

Step 2: Start Searching
On the Opening Stock Search page, you can search in different ways:

  • Product Type [Mandatory]: Select the product type from the dropdown.
  • Product [Optional]: Select the specific product from the dropdown.
  • Opening Stock From Date [Mandatory]: Enter/Select the starting date from Date Picker.
  • Opening Stock To Date [Mandatory]: Enter/Select the ending date from the Date Picker.

Step 3: See the Results
Click Search to view results.

  • If matching data is found, the corresponding Opening Stock records will be displayed.

1.2 Edit Opening Stock​

Edit an Opening Stock – Step-by-Step:​

Step 1: Find the Record
On the Opening Stock Search page, use the filters and click Search to locate the Opening Stock entry you want to edit.

Step 2: Start Editing
From the search results, click "View/Edit" next to the required record S.No.
This opens the Edit Opening Stock page.

Step 3: Edit Details
On the Edit Opening Stock page, the existing details will be displayed.
Make the necessary changes (e.g., Product, Quantity, Dates, etc.).

Step 4: Save Changes
Review the updated information.
When ready, click "Submit" to save your updates.
