1.1 View Info Graphics / Charts​

View Info Graphics / Charts – Step-by-Step

Step 1: Reach the Screen This is the same embedded Grafana dashboard viewer, offered under the Reports menu of several modules, each showing a different set of dashboards:

  • Management → Reports → "All Info Graphics / Charts" – shows every Grafana dashboard available for the tenant.
  • Marketing → Reports → "Info Graphics / Charts" – shows only dashboards tagged OrderSales.
  • Sales → Reports → "Info Graphics / Charts" – shows dashboards tagged OrderSales or PendingOrder.
  • Purchase → Reports → "Info Graphics / Charts" – shows dashboards tagged SupplierPO.
  • Production & Quality → Reports → "Info Graphics / Charts" – shows dashboards tagged OEE, PPM or Idle.
  • Production & Quality → Masters → Calibration → "Info Graphics / Charts" – shows dashboards tagged Calibration (uses the same screen as the Reports menu entry above).

Step 2: View the Dashboards

  • The matching Grafana dashboards load as embedded frames in a carousel; use the carousel's Previous/Next controls to page through them one at a time (the slides do not auto-rotate).
  • If no dashboards match, the screen shows "NO REPORTS" instead.
  • If the Grafana server isn't configured for the tenant, or the screen is opened without coming from one of the menu links above, you're redirected back to the Welcome screen.
