P&L Report​

1.1 Search P&L Report​

Step-by-Step Guide​

Step 1: Navigate to Report Screen​

From the main left-side menu, click on:
Accounts → Reports → P&L Report

This opens the P&L screen for viewing reports.

1.2 Export Options​

On the P&L Generate Page, the following fields are mandatory:

  • Generate P&L Report → Generates the Profit and Loss report based on the selected date range.
  • Clear → Resets the input fields to blank values.

The generated P&L Report can be exported using:

  • Export → Download the report in Excel or another supported format for further use.

  • Ensure date formats are consistent when filtering.
  • Exported Excel files retain the same column structure.
  • Printing may require browser permissions or settings adjustments.
